Black Hat Toma is named in honor of our friend Hershel Williams, who has worked tirelessly to promote Oklahoma goat dairying….and who likes to wear his ten-gallon black felt cowboy hat as often as possible.The milk for all of our hand-crafted cheeses is from family owned single source dairies and is hormone and pesticide free.
