We've combined green and black olives, artichoke hearts, pickled carrots, celery, peppers, garlic (of course), pimentos, onions, eggplant, celery, and mushrooms all bathed in an herb-infused oil.     I used to work in the McAlester, Okla area. Loved Loveras's Muffalettas. Always took some home on my time off. Lovera"s Olive Salad is the best. I was thrilled when I found out they were selling their products online.
