We make our meatballs with prime cuts of pork and beef with all natural vegetables ground up together, rolled out and baked to perfection just like my mother, Madeline, did every Sunday when I was growing up. The smell, when these meatballs are cooking, brings back memories of my childhood. Authentic Italian meatballs, just add the sauce and spaghetti and you are set.
