My Favorite Sausage on The Planet
This Hot Italian Sausage is easily my favorite sausage I've ever had. The flavor is unparalleled, and it is so versatile. It doesn't produce much grease when you cook it, and you can do so much with this sausage if you keep it in the casing, or if you cut it out of the cases to use as ground sausage. I would put this sausage in almost any dish. It is fantastic!

You will see my comments on the Original! As an adult I and my husband love spicy foods. I reached out of the box after always insisting on only purchasing my traditional original sausage. We have a place at Lake Ouachita so thought we would try the Hot on the grill!...amazing! I recently took both sausages as an appetizer to a couples Wedding shower that was Italian themed ... it was the biggest hit of the night. Everyone says they are going to start purchasing!!! I’m sending the website but one has a daughter that drives to Fort Smith from Dallas and she plans to come by this week on her way back up!
