Crafted with the highest quality 100% fresh pork cuts, the recipe has not changed since the Lovera's started making sausage over 65 years ago. It is traditional and mild with fresh garlic and a touch of paprika and of course a secret blend of spices from the Lovera family. Try it grilled, on a sandwich, with peppers and onions and sliced up in pasta. It goes great on pizza too!

The Best Quality Sausage Available
This original sausage has so much flavor! It has a hint of fennel which really gives it that real "Italian Sausage" flavor that we've all come to expect. It doesn't render much grease when you cook it, and goes perfect with pasta, on pizza, and in a sandwich. This stuff is hard to beat!
