We sold hot links in our stores and we began to notice they were full of preservatives, fillers, and additives. So we decided to create our own with local meat and fresh spices like we have done with our Italian sausage for generations. We start with great cuts of pork and beef and add just the right amount of spices. No fillers, and no cheap cuts of meat. We stuff them in 1/4 pound links in natural casings and add the heat to them. If you like Mexican style hot links then you'll absolutely love our brand.
