Our flagship cheese. We have been selling this cheese for decades here at Lovera's. Rich and buttery, Caciocavera is a cross between smooth mozzarella and the earthy depth of provolone. This table cheese is also wonderful melted on your favorite sandwich, pasta dish, and homemade pizza.  The milk for all of our hand-crafted cheeses is from family-owned single-source dairies and is hormone and pesticide free.

Pasteurized Grade A Goat Milk, Salt, Rennet, Cheese Cultures. Aged
2012: First Place winner at the World Cheese Awards. 2013: Second place winner of the American Cheese Society Annual cheese conference. 2017: Third place winner of the American Cheese Society Annual cheese conference.

    This cheese was in great condition when I received it. Shared it with neighbors, and they loved it. I grew up going to Loveras when I was little. I loved the Italian sausage my grandmother would get from there. She lived in Krebs and my mother grew up there. We love the Muenster cheese as well!!!
